Refund Policy

At PR Caffe, we take pride in offering coffee that embodies craftsmanship, freshness, and quality. We hold ourselves to the highest standard and take the quality of our products very seriously, each bag of coffee is freshly roasted with precision and care to ensure an exceptional experience in every cup.

 

Because our coffee is freshly roasted to order, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened or used. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prcaffe.com with your order number and a brief description.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund according to your preference and the nature of the issue.

Exceptions:

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or taste preference.

  • All replacement or refund requests must include photo evidence when applicable.
